GrowthPlan is an all-in-one business growth platform that provides analytics, SEO tools, integration management, and performance reporting. We connect to third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile on your behalf to aggregate and present your business data in a single dashboard.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use GrowthPlan. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@growth-plan.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or access limitations is not permitted.
You agree to use GrowthPlan only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
GrowthPlan connects to third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile) using credentials and permissions you provide. By connecting these services, you confirm that you have the right to grant us access to the relevant accounts and data. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services, and their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
GrowthPlan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all data you bring into GrowthPlan from your connected accounts and integrations. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and display that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
GrowthPlan is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Analytics and reporting data are presented for informational purposes and we make no guarantees as to their accuracy or completeness.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthPlan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
